- add header tang20k_scr1 file, that specific for that board
- add rom memory with bootloader, uart and slave devices bridge
- add specific scr1_arch_custom file
- add changed for Tang Primer 20K sc-bl bootloader in rom

Because of this, it was impossible to flash the board again without turning off the power
incorrect assignment led to warnings of unused jtag signals
to avoid optimizing module scr1_reset_and2_cell
changed memory map for saving сompatibility with software
implemented by Alexander Chuykov
